wevvr is a SaaS platform for photography studios. This policy explains what data we process and why.
We store your studio's account details, album metadata (client names, titles, categories, access codes), and references (links/IDs) to photos in your Google Drive. We do NOT store, copy, or cache your photo files — images are streamed directly from your Drive to the viewer over a private, code-gated link.
Album viewers enter a private access code to view photos. We set a signed, http-only cookie to remember that grant for a limited time. We do not sell personal data.
Payments are processed by our gateway (Razorpay) or recorded manually by an operator (cash mode). We keep a payment ledger (amount, plan, date, reference) for accounting and GST compliance. Card details are handled by the gateway, never by us.
You can request deletion of your studio and its album records at any time by contacting support. Because we never hold your images, deleting an album simply removes our links and metadata — your Drive originals are untouched.
We aim to comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP) and applicable data-protection law. For data requests, contact support.
